Invisible Text Generator
Encode text as zero-width Unicode characters that look blank when pasted.
Runs in your browser Your input never leaves your device.
About this tool
This tool converts every character you type into a run of zero-width Unicode characters, so the result looks empty when pasted. For each character it writes 16 invisible bits (zero-width space for 0, zero-width non-joiner for 1) followed by a zero-width joiner. The output therefore hides your original text in a form that only a matching decoder can read; this page does not include a decoder. The result is much longer than your input, even though nothing shows on screen. It is not a single blank character, so it may not work for fields that need one. Many sites strip or reject zero-width characters. Everything runs in your browser.
How to use it
- Type the text you want to hide.
- The output looks empty but contains invisible characters.
- Press Copy and paste it where you need it.
- Test the result in the target field before relying on it.
Common problems
- The output looks blank, so I cannot tell if it worked
- Use Copy and paste it into a text editor that shows the character count. A non-zero count means the invisible characters are there.
- A site rejects the text or shows an empty value
- Many platforms filter zero-width characters or require visible text. This tool cannot bypass such rules.
- I need one blank character, not an encoded message
- The output is 17 invisible characters for every character you type, so it is not a single blank character. For a blank name, use a different tool that gives one blank character.
