About this tool
Choose a .docx file and the tool converts it with the Mammoth library, keeping the document's meaning rather than its appearance. Headings, paragraphs, lists, bold and italic text, links and tables are turned into HTML elements, and you get a preview and a downloadable HTML file. Page layout, fonts, colors, headers and footers are not preserved, and custom styles may be flattened. Only .docx is supported; older .doc files will not open. The conversion happens in your browser and the file is not uploaded.
How to use it
- Drop a .docx file onto the box or choose it.
- Wait for the conversion.
- Check the preview.
- Press Download HTML.
Common problems

- Fonts and colors are gone
- The output uses plain semantic HTML; add CSS yourself for styling.
