About this tool
Converts a hex color to RGB and shows the same color as HEX, RGB and HSL, with a live swatch. The tool starts with the color #4c3ff2 filled in. Type a 3-digit or 6-digit hex code, with or without the # sign, or choose a color with the picker. The same tool also accepts values like rgb(76, 63, 242) or hsl(244, 87%, 60%), so it works in either direction. Each result has a copy button. Hex codes with transparency (8 digits) are not supported, and a fourth rgba() value is ignored. Conversion happens in your browser.
How to use it

- Read the RGB value in the table.

Common problems
- Nothing changes after typing
- The value is not recognized. Use 3 or 6 hex digits (0-9, a-f), or the rgb() or hsl() format.
- Hex with alpha is rejected
- Eight-digit hex codes with an alpha channel are not supported. Remove the last two digits.
- Short code gives a different color than expected
- A 3-digit code repeats each digit, so #f80 means #ff8800.
