About this tool
Finds email addresses in any block of text and lists them one per line. Paste an email, a web page, a log or a spreadsheet export and the tool pulls out everything that looks like an address, removing duplicates and keeping the order in which each first appeared. It uses a pattern match, so it finds text shaped like name@domain.tld; it does not check that an address really exists or can receive mail. Addresses must end with a dot and a top-level domain of at least two letters, so something like foo@bar is skipped. Use extracted addresses responsibly and follow anti-spam laws. Everything runs in your browser.
How to use it
- Paste your text into the input.
- Read the list of unique addresses in the output.
- Copy the list.
- Verify the addresses before you use them.
Example
Mail a@x.com, b@y.org; a@x.com again. Bad: foo@bar
a@x.com b@y.org
Common problems
- An address is missing
- Addresses with unusual formatting, such as spaces or obfuscations like name [at] site.com, are not detected.
- Part of the address is cut off
- The match only uses letters, digits and the characters . _ % + - before the @, and letters, digits, dots and hyphens in the domain. Addresses with other characters may be shortened, so review the list.
- Duplicates are not merged
- Duplicates are removed only when they match exactly, including capitalization.
